My name is Charlie Gallagher. I am a Software Engineer who specializes in Rust, but I also use Python, TypeScript, and many libraries and frameworks. Over the past year, I have been using Rust professionally for everything from data pipelines, web servers, and desktop applications to continuous AI detection pipelines running on embedded hardware. In my free time, I enjoy using the Embassy embedded Rust framework to program microcontrollers. I am currently working on a flight control system for a quadcopter.

I am interested in a variety of crates, libraries, and packages. Some of these I have contributed to and some of them I created.

Occassionally, I make small projects to help others or highlight my skills.

I post code walkthroughs and other knowledge I have gained here. This is a simple markdown to html conversion blog. At build time it converts markdown into html files with custom styling and even code highlighting.
